As part of the Kurdistan Parliament Monitoring Project, which the Pay Organization implements in cooperation with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) from the United States, the organization released its 18th report this season. The report focuses on the evaluation of the performance of Kurdistan Parliament members during the fifth term.

On October 7, 2024, at 3 PM, in the Ramada Hotel in Sulaymaniyah, the Pay Organization held a press conference attended by a notable number of media representatives. During the event, the report evaluating the performance of Kurdistan Parliament members during the fifth term was presented.
