The statement from the press conference of the President of the Pay Organization for Education and Development regarding the release of Report No. 18 of the Kurdistan Parliament Monitoring Project, titled "Evaluation of the Performance of Kurdistan Parliament Members during the Fifth Term," on October 7, 2024, at the Ramada Hotel in Sulaymaniyah.

It is worth mentioning that, based on the legal frameworks of the Kurdistan Region, as one of the fundamental principles of their work, the Pay Organization for Education and Development has been monitoring the Kurdistan Parliament for the past 11 years in cooperation with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) from the United States. During this period, they have evaluated the parliament's activities and so far, have published 31 reports on this subject.
