The report, titled "Evaluation of the Performance of Kurdistan Parliament Members during the Fifth Term", covers the period between November 6, 2018, and May 30, 2024. Dr. Sarwar Abdulrahman, President of the Pay Organization, highlighted key findings from the report. The report assessed the performance of all parliament members who served during this period and measured how well they fulfilled their legislative duties.
In the evaluation, each member's activities over four and a half years were scrutinized, including their attendance at parliamentary sessions, participation in committee meetings, speeches made, proposed legislation, and contributions to discussions.
