As part of its commitment to addressing national questions, PAY Foundation has undertaken the responsibility of publishing the book "The Federal Supreme Court and the Future of the Kurdistan Region." This book, authored by (Bilind Dler Shaways), a legal researcher, focuses on the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq, its decisions, and their implications for the future of the Kurdistan Region within a scientific research framework.

The book launch and presentation ceremony were held at 5:00 PM on August 7, 2024, at the Azadboon Organization Hall in Sulaimani. The event began with a speech by Mrs. Rwanga Fayaq, representing PAY Foundation, highlighting the importance of the work. This was followed by an in-depth presentation of the book by the author.

The researcher conducted a detailed and scientific legal analysis of the Federal Court's decisions, emphasizing the political disputes within the Kurdistan Region, which stem from weaknesses in legislation, implementation, and judiciary practices. These internal conflicts have been escalated to Baghdad, seeking resolution through the Federal Supreme Court, resulting in varied and often conflicting interpretations of the court's decisions within the region.

During the one-hour session, Bilind Shaways provided a summary of his legal research, followed by a Q&A session where participants engaged with the researcher, who addressed their comments and questions comprehensively.
