According to Dengobas, 52 million dinars have been distributed to the parliamentarians of Kurdistan, and the Parliamentary Presidency has not reclaimed the villas and cars.

The PAE (Progress and Development Organization) revealed in a new report that "the Kurdistan Parliament, instead of preventing illegal activities, has itself committed numerous violations and continues to do so." The report also questions Masrour Barzani, asking, "Where does all this corruption, illegality, and wastage fit into the reform agenda of your cabinet?"

The PAE stated, "This week, each parliamentarian received an allowance of 52 million dinars, and so far, the Parliamentary Presidency has not reclaimed any of the villas and cars."

The organization highlighted in its report that "one year has passed since the Federal Court's decision that deemed the extension of the fifth term of Parliament unconstitutional without elections, leading to a legal vacuum. However, the terms regarding rights and privileges of parliamentarians have not been implemented, and several abuses have taken place. The Kurdistan Regional Government and major political entities should have learned from this experience."

In another part of the PAE report, it was noted that "during the regular period of the fifth term, the Parliament undertook the least amount of legislative work and engaged in many legal abuses. Even after the legal term ended, they did not relinquish their privileges and unlawfully extended them, with support from other authorities and institutions."
